        Bought a Novation Nocturn 25 f...

        Bought a Novation Nocturn 25 from Amazon. Keys 2, 10 and 18 were not sending out any midi information. Novation directed me to this business. I dropped it off. Didn't hear from them for months. Then they call and tell me nothing is wrong with it. I pick it up. It's still broken. I call back and they tell me they tested it and it works fine. I tell them I tested it on multiple computers with different DAWs and it had the same problem but they were completely unhelpful. Would not recommend this place.
