My vehicle was repossessed on a Saturday night at the hotel I was staying at while in process of moving. The phone number just went to a recorded message saying the hours were from 9-5 and that they would return calls after 10am. Unfortunately, the message did not mention they are not open on weekends. After looking up reviews for this company, I was concerned with my vehicle full of tools, expensive work equipment, and many sentimental personal items. On Sunday I contacted my finance company to get my vehicle released and was told the vendor (Par North) and towing company (Absolute Recovery) could not be contacted until Monday to release my vehicle. Monday morning I discovered there was a glitch in paperwork that may delay me being able to pick up my vehicle for another 2 days because I made my full payment prior to the finance company even receiving notice that they had picked up my vehicle. I called the office in a very frustrated state and explained the problem to Jamie. I appreciated that she handled my call and my concerns in a professional, efficient and polite manner. Both of the ladies in the office were patient, helpful and went out of their way to help assist me with getting the paperwork through so that I could get my vehicle released on Monday. Upon release they walked with me through inspection of my vehicle and personal property. By law, Absolute Recovery has to do a complete inventory of the items in your vehicle. Although loose items from my vehicle were placed in black trash bags I appreciated that obvious care was taken to not damage my personal belongings and every single item was accounted for. We all go through hard times at some point in our lives and I had been through an exceptionally difficult several months that led to my vehicle being repossessed and this situation was quite upsetting, however, my experience in retrieving my vehicle and personal property back from Absolute Recovery was pleasant. Thank you:)
Joe was nice. The woman in the Office Jamie was rude, very unprofessional, I have dealt with many different people across the board of class,,ethnic backgrounds, ect... This woman I would have to say falls in the group of the "c" word. Nasty, disrespectful. They won't release your car after 3pm it has to be by appointment, and then they will give the location and hour before the appointment only, not open on weekends. So how is a normal working person suppose to get their things if they do not operate outside the box. JUST PLAN NASTY PEOPLE.
They were rude they just wanted to go home! They told us they closed at a certain time and then closed earlier. They wouldn't let me come get my things during regular business hours so I had to leave it for a day. They just threw all my stuff in a black garbage bag!!!
