My husband and I went to this office for 8 years. Jenny, who did the cleanings, is a dream and you will love her! She even did mini cleanings on my toddlers teeth when I had mine cleaned. The entire time we were clients there we only needed very minimal work done. However, upon my last visit, I needed four old fillings replaced, due to age and wear and one new one put in. Unfortunately, one side of my mouth took almost the entire day for the numbness to wear off. When it did, I was not thrilled, I was in pain. Something was wrong, everytime I bit down, I had a lot of pain. There was no pain there before. I waited a few days for the pain to go away, and it did not. When I went to have Dr Ramirez take a look, he almost dismissed me, but I persisted and he eventually found that he had cracked my tooth by putting too much pressure when inserting the new filling. He said it may go away on it's own. I waited almost two months and it did not. When I called back, they said he had not caused the fracture it my tooth, that it would need a crown and possibly a root canal and they were going to charge me for all services. Very poor customer service for loyal guests, particularly when you consider that he damaged the tooth in the first place.
