Dr. Valorie R Robertson, MD

This physician has more on her mind than medicine. She will not give more than one refill on medicines regardless of how long she has known you. If you inadvertenly run out, will not refill untill you have an appointment. In one case she did a dangerous thing. Some drugs can have serious side affects if stopped abruptly. That is exactly what she did without regard to the patient's well being. I did suffer several side effects and for that reason I fired her. I don't generally feel she is incompetent, but that bothered me quite a bit. Another issue I have encountered is she changes staff quite often. I don't know if they get tired of her and quit or she fires them and hires new staff. That is distracting because you can't get to know people and likewise let them know you. I wish I could speak more highly of this person, but in good conscience I can't.
