let's just say I got a good cut/style. however the woman who toke care of me had abrasive rude people skills. I came in as a snowbird and have had bad experiences with bad cuts so I'm a little apprehensive to begin with. Had to ask for books to look and show what I wanted. that seemed to be a bother to her and she was short and rude not to me but her fellow coworker next to her who was blowing out her clients hair and happened to blow towards her. how she spoke to her and myself was something I never encountered. At the end when I wanted my bangs cut shorter she argued with me but finally did as I asked. She stated fine but you are not going to like them! Well I did like them. Didn't catch her name unfortunately no name tag nor introduction was made. I never have had such an uncomfortable experience I was ready to walk before she even started to cut. But I was taken aback and have never experienced someone like this before and was shocked. hoping it would get better. When I called to complain they took my name and number but no manager called me back. I gave her a good tip because she did do a good cut but when I came home I was upset I did that.I will never go back there again and suggest this company needs to invest in customer service seminars. This seemed like a mish mosh of stylists thrown together in a shop not really meshing with each other. I can only say I've been in customer service for years and would never of talked to someone like she did to me or to my fellow coworkers.
