My warranty company went through Appliances Comfort Air to replace an A/C unit and replace a line that had leaks. On Aug 3, 2016 I had 2 technicians in my home to 1. Install a new A/C unit 2. Put in a new line set to my 2nd A/C unit. Payment was demanded up front before any work was done. My invoice was for 60 ft. of line set to be put in. This was not done. I have been given multiple stories as to why, up to an including, I was quoted the wrong price for 60 ft of line and that only 40 ft on line was run and I got a "discount". The tech was back out today 8/29/16 and suggested new repairs (more money from me). I paid out of pocket for a new line set that I did not receive. At this moment, the company is not taking ownership for their mistake and I do not have air. This company gets thumbs down and nothing positive from me. One star is too much!

I wish I could go negative on the scale. The technician the came out on the second recall (4th visit due to diagnosis, repair, recall, and another recall), cut my condensate line, and let the water fall in my attic. It seeped into the sheetrock and now I have water spots on my ceiling. I've tried to resolve this with ACA and get them to pay for the repair and my time, but they say that they're not responsible because the damage was not caused by their technician rather it is because I didn't maintain my HVAC unit. What a crock... I'm not through yet, but they're definitely getting a 1 star review from me!

RUN Away from this company. They do not know what they are doing. They just burned the siding on my house and the satellite wires that were attached there. The owner threatened us earlier on the day. DON'T LET THIS COMPANY NEAR YOUR HOUSE. Won't let me rate them zero stars

Don't let these people in your house. Everytime they fixed something, the air worked for one day and something else broke. Unfortunately because they were sent through our home warranty service we had no choice but to let them fix the problem. We went weeks without air because the more we complained about added costs the longer the owner dragged his heals. He even threatened us to not complete a job. The last tech made a bigger mess and now I have repair costs to desk with. They do not deserve any stars. Do not let them in your house

My Tom. I just had my heat pump and blower replaced by ACA. The customer service was great. They sent Jimmy and his partner they stayed until the job was done. Jimmy was very knowledgeable and professional. Tammy at the main office was great. I would recommend this company. They were competitive with all of their prices. ACA got me up and running. Thanks!!

I used them through my home warrantee company their customer service was HORRIBLE, it took them days to just schedule my appointments. I had 3 tech's come look at my a/c unit and I got 3 different diagnoses. After the 2nd one they were supposed to order a part and be back in a few days, after not hearing from them for a week and a half I called them and they had my work order marked as complete. I would NOT recommend using this company. They've messed up my a/c unit rather than fixing it. After all the work they've done to it my power bill went up $85, and it still doesn't get below 80 degrees in my house.

Very unprofessional. They will tell you one thing and do another. If I had to rate there customer service it would be a ZERO. Most important is it seems like they don't care about there customer's. With the way the country is right now Americans should be trying to help one another, not letting them stay in cold.

Outstanding service

Today,I recieved outstanding service from Appliance Comfort Air, they treated me like family and they fixed a problem that several other companies that I had out negleted to fix or fixed in a mickey mouse way, so that my unit flooded. Now my unit needs to be replaced. Appliance comfort and Air treated me like family. David was outstanding and treated me with respect and was very kind.

I have a home warranty for my home in Atlanta as well as my home in Savannah. My warranty company sent Appliances Comfort Air to service my air conditioning in both cities and they were responded on the same day and completed the repairs on the first visit. I highly recommend this company.

HORRIBLE!

This company and everyone associated with it should be ignored at all cost! They have no respect for customers, don't follow thru on appointments, offer no competent customer service and generally lack any sort of professional responsibility or general business acumen! If you want to pay too much, be left with inferior work, wait for extended time frames only to have appointments canceled with no notice go right ahead and call these idiots, otherwise - AVOID AT AL COST OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!
