U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

I went into there office to confirm a reservation.. when I asked a question the attendant( KEN BO ) told me "This conversation did not include me and I am not talking to you. I replied a I am the customer and and just had a question..he ( KEN BO ) again repeated "this conversation did not include me and he wasn't talking to me" I asked for his supervisor and he ( KEN BO ) informed he was the supervisor so i asked to speak with his manger and again he ( KEN BO ) said he was the manager..so I asked to speak to the owner of the establishment and he ( KEN BO ) said he was the owner and I could direct any complaints to u-haul directly. I cancelled my reservation and will never rent from this place again. I left all my supplies behind, boxes, bubble rap and tape..so if he is the owner he just lost over $200.00 in revenue as well as supplies..pretty smart of a business owner! all over a question asked. May-be customer service training might be a good idea for the future and a definate heads up to the real owner to let him know of his or her staffs lack of professionalism and loss in revenue as well as customer and all family friends and anyone else that might ask for my advice on this location..
