I called the owner a few years ago to have him give me an estimate on installation of a gas line for a gas fireplace. After many times of conflict in schedules and no shows, He finally showed up as my fiance' was coming home he walked around the house outside then inside never measuring anything! And then giving a price that was to high We gave half the amount of the estimate at that time to Mr. Duane Lipscomb owner. after many no shows and conflict we decided to cancel the help of Mr. Lipscomb and he refused to refund our money. We were furious! After many arguments between Mr. Lipscomb and my fiance', I called and tried to reason with him. I was told that he had to charge me for giving us an estimate and charge us for his time returning the materials. Have you heard such BS! !!! It took several phone calls and an exchange of some bad words. Anyone out there who needs help PLEASE take my advice NEVER call this person. As it is a guarantee that you will get RIPPED off!!!!!

I can not speak to the quality of work by these people because they never showed up for a scheduled appointment. I took off the whole day from work and waited all day. I received a phone call stating that he was going to be 2 hours late. Well 8 hours later I am still waiting and no phone call and no one ever showed up. Avoid these people because apparently their customer service is lacking!

Called for estimate he showed up did estimate. I paid cash that day got receipt. He has never came back or returned money. Currently taking legal action to get my money back.

What a great company! I called for an estimate on a large project and recieved it in the same day. The gentleman and the total price was so great that I didn't bother checking into any other companys. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a fair price and friendly service.
