        Overall
        bad management

        I went to open up an account waited about 1 1/2 hr to get called. Only 2 bankers available.. 1 greeter and 3 tellers waiting for customers with accounts already. They need to put more bankers on the floor especially when they see they have a lot of people waiting !!
