They are the worst. You have to fight with them. I have always had problems for 6 years. VERY VERY high $3.06 and the other 2 company's was
$1.99 and $2.04. Run from them. I am going to see if Fox 59 will do a story about how they jack there prices all winter.

ordered at 20% a week later at 10% now 5 days later at 5% still no truck. i think they are purposely letting me run out so they can charge the 75 $ empty test. i'll be changing suppliers this spring.

PROPANE INC IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST SUPPLIER WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.. 11-26-2015 ORDERED 350 GALLONS PRICE WAS 2.479 A GALLON I THOUGH JESUS THAT IS HIGH 945.00 FOR THE FILL. NOT UNDERSTANDING WHY ITS SO HIGH I CALL AROUND AND ALMOST EVERY ONE IS HALF THE PRICE AT 1.299 PER GALLON NEEDLES TO SAY 9 DAYS LATER I STILL DIDNT HAVE MY DELIVERY. FERREL GAS IN CRAWFORDSVILL IS 1.299 , FIRST FILL IS .799 PER GAL DONT TAKE A ROCKET SIENTIST TO FIGURE THAT ONE OUT, SO WE CHANGED SUPPLIERS GOT THE TANK FILLED AND DELIVERED FOR 345.00 AND LOCKED IN FOR THE WINTER AT 1.299 A GAL, WHEN I CALLED PROPANE INC AND ASKED WHY THEIR GAS WAS SO MUCH HIGHER THAN EVERYONE ELSE OFCOURSE THERE WAS NO AWNSER OTHER THAN WE CAN CHARGE WHAT WE WANT,, ROGER THAT COME PICK YOUR TANK UP I HAVE CHANGED COMPANYS. LUCKY FOR ME THEY HADNT FILLED THE TANK YET BECAUSE THEY WOULD HAVE CHARGED ME 183.00 TO PUMP OUT ANYTHING OVER 5% I WOULD URGE ANYONE NEEDING PROPANE TO CALL AROUND TO CHECK PRICES BEFORE YOU THINK PROPANE INC IS GIVING U A GOOD DEAL BOTTOM LINE IS THEY WERE TWICE AS HIGH, THEY DEFINATLY NEED EXPOSED FOR OVERCHARGING.

I have been using propane inc. of Brownsburg for a year, I pay as I need my propane. I have had nothing but problems with them sense I started that's been over a year. I have talked to the home office and the supervisor in this area. There customer service is the worse!! They say 5 to 7 business days will to get that service you have to call and complain. They do not do what they promise. It's just to get your business. I have had nothing but problems, to many to list or have time for. When you call they just don't care!!! I am looking for a new company they are not the only ones!!!

Best service ever had the way they handled the phones and there speedy service they came right out to my house. They explained everything to me how the system works and the safeties of propane there service tech Joe is very explanatory. I would recommend there service to anyone.
