The Watermaker Co, Inc

Called with an issue and recieved a condescending answer. When I pressed for further advise, or products, I was given the response, "what exactly can I do for you?" Is this a pool company or did I make a mistake when I read the listing in the yellow pages??? I called with a pool related issue, and a possible serice for them to provide me, and I was treated like an idiot. Guess I will just move down the list to the next pool company...
