Nosier Auto Collision INC

I decided to have this shop fix my car following a car accident that my car was involved in. The body work on my car was done fairly well but I received my car with dings and scratches that weren't there before. Upon pick up of my car I notified the shop of the new dings/scratches and I was told that I have to show them pictures of the car before to prove those dings/scratches weren't there before even though it looked freshly scratched. My car sounded like an old vehicle when I drove it home I heard a lot of knocking sounds that I never heard before the accident. I returned the car to the shop and they claimed to fix something in the back but I would be responsible to fix other areas of the car that's causing noises which they don't believe is as a result of the accident...please keep in mind they received over $7,000 from the unsurance company for repairs. I took my car to get checked out at another mechanic because the sounds were becoming more and more concerning. When the mechanic checked my car for what's causing the noises he asked me if my car was involved in an accident (which I didn't tell him initially) I said yes. He then went on to show me things that were damaged under the car that were meant to be fixed by Zaid Auto body which they received money from the insurance company to fix but never fixed they only did a patchy job. My muffler was crushed/damaged and only the tip of the muffler was changed to make believe that it was a new muffler. The belly (bottom) of the car was banged in and they didn't bother to knocked it out/fix it. There were other things there that the new mechanic explained to me needed to be changed things that had a blue "X" mark on them that apparently Zaid or the adjuster checked to get changed but Zaid Auto didn't bother to change these things. Beware of taking your vehicle here. I'm very upset and I feel like I was deceived/taken advantage of as a female.

This is the best place in Brooklyn hands down. Y'all know it be hard to find good reasonable places. I was VERY pleased with my repairs and service.
