        Overall

        Terrible customer service. They scheduled an appointment from 10am to 11am at my apartment. I worked from home, moving meetings around. Hadn't heard from them by 10:45, but called only to hear that they were held up and would be there at 12:30. It's 4:30 now, and only after several calls did I get a "sorry for any inconvenience" email. Do not reward such terrible customer service with your business.
