        JOHN GAMROD IS A THIEF! DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I had a contract to excavate the basement of my townhouse but all he did was cash my $2,500 check for permits and deposit and then he vanished. BEWARE OF THIS LYING THIEF!!!
