        I went into this store on 84 Federal Rd, Brookfield, CT to return a mattress I had purchased online. Corporate has instructed me to return it at Brookfield. The customer service old woman was the most racist person I've ever dealt with in my life. little did she know, she picked the wrong person to discriminate against. At my turn, I said hello, how are you, she did not answer. I gave her the paperwork to the mattress and she began bitching on how she needed the entire bed set in order for her to refund the mattress. I told her, I spoke to corporate and they assure me I was not going to have any problem. The woman said, well this is complicated I need to call a manager. I told her, yes, call a manager although this is your job.
        I spoke to Beverly, The Manager, a very nice person. I explain to her everything all over and besides apologizing for the rude old woman she apologizes for my inconvenience.
        People, if you're black or Hispanic, watch out for this old woman in customer service. She sure is a piece of work. Don't go to this store, go elsewhere.

        I was n employee for Kohls many years ago and I'll tell you, I did anything and everything to please a customer. I was there to make customers shopping experiences better not worst. These employees now a days act as if the customer has to bow at them. Ridiculous!
