These guys are awesome I was lock out my car because my key broke on the door lock these guys tow my car to a lock smith free of charge thanks

I wouldn't even give these place one star. I was eating at a fast food place and walked out and my car was towed. I hsd my receipt from my food order and my CAR WAS STILL RUNNING!! I had to pay them 136 dollars and the owner Vincent was the most unprofessional person ever. I tried to talk to him and he hung up on me and than called me derogatory names. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and doing whatever I can to get there permits taken away because there was no reason for my vehicle to be towed. I even went in the the food place and spoke with the manager and he said that the tow place should NOT have touched my vehicle because I was a customer there. A PAYING CUSTOMER!! This place is unreal and a scam. If they are about to tow you call 911 because they are scam artist!!

they scavage and discriminate status co and known to tow away such cars.......

will deny hook up fee and tow your car away for compound charges....

dont let this company get around you.....

They don't care about people, just about their pocket book.

They have the most unprofessional staff, this company needs to be closed down.

Provide Automotive Inc is such a great company the workers are very understanding one day I was stuck at McDonalds with my two kids in the rain with no money and these guys did me the favor and towed my car to a shop free of charge out of the kindness of their heart

I'm an employee on my lunch break can to buy lunch at mcdonalds when there is s gas station next who shares parking lots i decided to purchase gum from the gas station pryer to my purchase of lunch not more than a 2 minutes in the store my car was towed and when the tow truck return he said in a proud manner even if i went on the side walk he could towe my car now i know some people need money but how petty and greedy are some business . I will contunie to look up ways to find out more of this companys unlawful policies
