        This happened at 2:25pm on 4/4/19 (second window) - McDonald's on. White Plains Road in the Bronx, nesr Allerton Avenue. Received 2 orders of chicken nuggets which looked old and like they had been refried several times in old oil. I asked for them to be replaced and was given nuggets that looked exactly the same. The very rude associate advised that they all look like that and it was just too bad. This is unacceptable and was not the first time. We have photos. I am now going to complain directly on the McDonald's site.
