        Where to begin! 2016 tax return was a head. Tax preparer Ms. Lois Brown totally messed up our state taxes. We lived in NYS partial during 2016 but she placed us as full residency instead. We didn’t know until it was late. Now 2017 we filed a IT 203 partial residency form with the right Documentation. We was told to mail it ourselves. Now both 2016 and 2017 we added the Peace of Mind in care HR Block made an error on our taxes (which they did).

        My wife and I just found out NYS taxes never received our IT 203 with the proper documentation. We waited 3 months for an answer! Now we was told we have to redo everything!!! The Peace Of Mind states our tax preparer has to do all the work for us. This is bad customer service!!!

        We need our NY state tax for 2016 we it’s owed to us. It’s ironic how we received our 2017 NY state income tax but not 2016. Where is the logic with this scenio?


        We are moving in a week and was depending on our money. I want to hold HR Block responsible for the headache and emotional distress they caused. Will be hiring a lawyer.
