        Founded in 1965, Tulsa Technology Center is one of the oldest and largest technical training institutions in Oklahoma. The educational institution specializes in full- and part-time programs in a range of topics, including animation, medicine, jewelry design and repair, and hotel and lodging management. Its curriculum includes carpentry, cosmetology, welding, practical nursing and automotive technology. Its students participate in a variety of organizations, such as Business Professionals of America, Health Occupations Students of America and National Technical Honor Society. The education center also provides various services, including financial aid, grants, scholarships, and internship and placement assistance. Tulsa Technology Center is accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools and the Oklahoma Board of Career and Technology Education. The center maintains locations in Tulsa and Broken Arrow, Okla.
