Sound Alternative Car Audio

I just called them to ask if they would install a car alarm that I purchased from Easycar and was told that they only install car alarms that are purchased from them.



I don't understand why someone would turn away business in this economy, but be nice though.



* First - if you're going to turn a customer away, always try and refer them to another business that may be able to assist them.

* Second - Have a "no guarantee" clause for third party parts or electronics versus turning someone away.
