I changed my move date and spoke to the representative and he never sent me a new contract. I also decided to have it stored as it is along distance move. They had it in the computer for the 24th and 25th but never showed up. They then told me the driver couldn't do it. You call and leave messages and they never call you back. They did call on the 20th and confirmed the dates for the 24th or the 25th. No one ever calls you back when you leave messages or emails. The Sales rep got the money and after that they don't care if they screwed up. They don't care if they mess the move up. Worst company possible

Jason was fantastic in scheduling my move for me and my boyfriend. He walked me through the process because I never used a professional mover before. We were very close to doing it ourselves because we were afraid of all the stories you hear about moving companies, but when we researched Reliable we felt confident in their reputation and knew that they would do a good job for us. Andrew and Eric were really hard workers and made me feel really comfortable with them handling all our stuff. In the end, it was a success and I wanted to thank Reliable Moving.

Superb experience with this company. From the call into the office to get a quote, to the start, and completion of services. I could not have asked for a better moving experience. Movers were professional clearly knew what they were doing and fast. Great attitudes all around and willing to help in any way possible to make the job easy for me. Set up bed and frame and asked where I wanted big furniture items placed.
