I REGRET ever choosing to do business with these people. If I could give them a negative star rating i would. My card was charged as soon as i picked my material, design and font, and I NEVER approved the sample proof they sent. I contacted them a couple times apologizing for delaying my approval (got no response), and that it was a possibility i would not be approving at all. I contacted them again to let them know i wouldnt be approving my order and no response still. I then called and customer service rep said he saw the emails i had sent and that it was weird no one had contacted me but that he would reforward my emails to the right dept to help me because he couldn't help me and that i would be contacted within 24 hrs. 120 hrs later (5 days) i got an email response, and only because i emailed, called and left an unfriendly message on their pg. The lady who responded was rude, called me thief (literally) for wanting my money back, because she said my order was fully placed and was "binding" which it clearly was NOT since I never approved sample NOR did i send a confirmation signature that they ask for. Yet she said i was trying to "cancel" a binding order. I was told my order was already printed and i could not "cancel" my order. They deliberately ignored my emails just to print them and say they did the job just to pin in on me. After a few angry emails with this rude person, I asked for a full refund or a report to the BBB about their HORRIBLE service and poor business running methods and cheating ways. A week has gone by since, and I was only returned partial amount of my money. They decided to keep a part of it which the lady said she was going to do because she said i need to at least pay them for the work they did(even though they were not supposed to do it because i never gave them the go ahead). Anyway, since i did not receive a full refund, i too am keeping my end of the promise i made to her, and I am submitting a report to the BBB and giving them their very well deserved reviews.
