Heritage Hospice

I spent the final five days of my mother's life (Miss Betty) with her at the nursing facility where she was a patient. Stacy, RN was an excellent nurse who provided outstanding care and made excellent end-of-life decisions to help my mother pass on without pain. Mellisa, my mother's nursing assistant was so compassionate; I could tell she really cared about my mother. Lori, the Social Worker was an awesome resource to me personally while I was in Pittsburgh helping me sort out family issues. Chaplain Sarah called me every time she visited my mother and relayed her conversations with her. That was so comforting to me. Amber, Bereavement Coordinator helped me work through the final days of mother's life in a very compassionate way. I am so glad my mother received such loving and compassionate care from this hospice team. God bless you all.
