        Overall

        My GM radio is "Locked". I took my vehicle to another GM dealer who couldnt unlock it. I called Novick's service department to inquire about it. I told them that the other dealership couldnt unlock it and that they said it wasnt "original" to the vehicle. I was told by Novick's service department that it shouldn't be a problem and that if they couldnt fix it, I wouldnt be charged. Well not only could they not fix it, but they charged me (yet only at half the price to fix it). Only to tell me what I had already told them, that it wasnt original to the vehicle. At least the other dealership didnt charge me for not fixing my problem. I hope the $50+tax charge was worth the customer they have just lost (and any customers that may read my review).
