Kitchen Wizard and More

I contracted Tony Skulitz of Kitchen Wizard and more in 1/17/2015 and 5 months later on 06/18/2015, he's only completed 15% of the job while sitting on $7500 of my deposit money. Tony Skulitz put up new sheet rock over my existing sheet rock even though the contract stated to demo and replace with new sheet rock on all walls and ceiling. He also personally tiled my kitchen floor, all the tiles were misaligned and with lipage issues. I asked Tony what material he's going to use for my vented kitchen fan. Tony the kitchen wizard said he will use the flex pipe! Imagine that I have to tell him that flex pipes are a no no as its prone to tear, fire hazardous and voids the manufacturers warranty on the kitchen fan. Tony replied, "I always use the flex pipe on all my kitchen install for vented kitchen fans."
