Its my recommendation not to sign the "shortage agreement" or any other agreement that releases Lehman Title & Escrow LLC from their responsibility to provide the services the consumer paid for them to do. You will be responsible financially when Lehman Title & Escrow LLC "forgets" or does not pay the appropriate monies owed through the escrow process.
