Parkwood Terrace Apartments

Listings are a strong misrepresentation and the photos are not what the actual apartments look like inside, though not all units are completely bad. Manager never answers the office phone and does not return calls as requested in voicemail messages. One maintenance employee for the whole complex, so if you can even get them to make repairs it takes forever and some projects don't get finished. Appliances don't work correctly or are missing parts and no action is taken unless they actually break down completely. Immediate neighbors are loud and inconsiderate slobs who leave trash and decomposing food all over the place. Grounds improvements that were played up in our initial tour have never been done. The contracted landscaping crew does do a good job at keeping the grass mowed and bushes trimmed.
