Get a written estimate up front! This place makes money off ripping people off. They give you an estimate over the phone and unlike most places locally that people you everything upfront (including the price of labor), this place packages their verbal estimates as said price, but it cost double that when it's time to pay. Also that old bat refused to give me a detailed invoice, which if there isn't anything to hide, you should get one.
