For the few months that I've been here, I can honestly say that this agency does great work and I'm proud to say I am a team member. I've heard horror stories about other agencies, the caregivers were had little options so they stayed and received sub-par care. Until they discovered our agency. Preferred Touch level of commitment to their patients is impeccable with 24/7 access to the agency, back-up system for nurses in case of emergency that a nurse cannot fulfill a shift (another competent nurse will take their shift so patient will not be without proper care), and a dedicated team to be patient's advocate.

Our nurse’s specialties range from neonatal babies, all stages of pediatrics, to young adults over 21. Our nurses have extensive background in complex care; we are able to properly accommodate patients with ventilators, tracheotomy, tube-feeding, IV, etc. Our staff is able to staff 24/7 cases.

*Assistance with Activities of Daily Living- Our certified nursing assistants are able to provide hourly care to patients of all ages to accommodate their needs for personal care.
