No bang for your buck! Miserable customer service! Not trustworthy!



Shopping in Furniture gallery in Braintree, MA was a nightmare. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would rather suggest my readers to shell out extra bucks and buy from bob's or jordan. This place is totally unprofessional and unethical.



I ordered a leather couch. It was delivered ten days later. The couch was a floor model and delivered by two guys. One of them was a personal friend of the dealer while I paid for 2 professional guys to do the job. The couch was not wrapped in any manner for protection. The guys mishandled the couch in order to fit in the elevator. This caused the leather to crack in a couple of places. When asked, they did not take any responsibility for the action. I was so furious because the guys did not warn me about this situation in the first place. This would have helped me take a call about if I still wanted the furniture up the elevator or it could be taken back to the store while I still bore the delivery expense. They instead blamed the elevator for being too small. We have to now put up with torn furniture for the money we paid.



Furniture gallery has awful management. There is just this one guy everytime you visit the store. He does not listen to you. You are treated well only until you pay for your orders. You will have to take the blame on yourself for their irresponsible actions. Stay away or you will be dissatisfied.
