What a difficult time I had in trying to contact you guys. I know you been in business since I moved to FL 25 years ago and thought you had a good reputation. Until I needed you. I looked for your company name Bradenton lock and security and called it the other night, only to have some guy come out from access lock and security. I asked him why did he come when I clearly called Bradenton lock and security. His response was he bought you guys out. Then charges me a fortune to open my car. I was so upset I drove by your store today and seen you haven't been bought out. In fact it seems to me that this access lock and key guy is using your good name to deceive people into thinking their calling a reputable company, only to end up being charged outlandish prices. Please look into resolving this before any other unknowing consumers get duped.!!!!!
