This business is predatory and unscrupulous! My son was in a car accident a few miles outside of Bozeman. MHP called Tow Zone to tow my son’s car. I was on the phone with my son when the man at the tow company told him his total of $367.50. I tried to pay for the charges that night so that my son wouldn’t have to deal with that stress the next day, but the man told him he would have to wait until he picked up the truck to pay the fees and that storage of the vehicle was $50/day. My son returned to pick up his truck at 4pm the next day and was informed his total charge was $564! I spoke with the company representative who identified herself as the manager, and she basically said that was the total and if he wanted his truck back then that’s the total he would need to pay. When I argued the point and informed her that I felt that what she doing was taking advantage of a young, scared kid, she then told me that because I didn’t agree with the amount of the charges, then she would not accept my credit card payment and that he would have to pay with cash. I told her that would mean risking driving another 30 miles back across the pass (where he had wrecked the night before due to weather conditions) when I was offering her payment. I said you would rather him risk driving to Livingston and back than to take my payment and she said “yes ma’am I would” and she wouldn’t accept my payment. My son thankfully had enough cash on him to pay the $564(which according to industry standards, as stated by AAA and another tow company owner, this total is extremely inflated above the norm charged for comparable tows).

I was parked in a NO PARKING zone , got towed and was expecting the worst , I have been towed a few times in different states and so far they were the best at their job , I paid and was on my way. Good service , fast, friendly . I was mad , but at myself for parking in a NO PARKING zone. Thanks Tow Zone .
I parked in a no parking zone and got towed! Expected the usual rudeness and arguments , Thank goodness they were total professionals and made the transaction bearable . You park at your own risk, take responsibility , I'm mad ,but I'm mad at myself for not reading the signs .
quick and friendly service! They've towed my truck 2 times and always arrive on time and take good care of my vehicle.
CROOKS. I am at a loss for words at how unprofessional a business can be run. I am a young guy who has parked in the same spot for nearly a year when going to work and suddenly after a late night shift my car was towed. This company charged me $300 in towing and storage fees... it was dropped of in a mud pit for 12 hours. At first I was given the price of $250 to get my car back--It was hardly towed a mile. Then the price changed to add extra $50 for 'after hours' because they weren't open on that particular day. They also only accepted cash. Not only was the owner/employee rude, she was unreasonable, uncivil and dishonest. I am shocked that they can sleep at night charging someone (who doesn't have much money) a price in which they cannot refuse. I do not recommend this business to anyone unless they want problems.
The lady that owns the company she saved me money and a big headache. My wife and I thought we we stuck in Chico hot springs just south of Livingston, well thanks to Peggy we were able to get our vehicle running with the wisdom and years of experience from Peggy. And this is why you should use this company for any of your towing needs. Friendly and experienced.
