Bowling Green Health and Rehabilitation Center

I have been to other skilled nursing facilities in the past and Bowling Green takes the cake! I have yet to find a place better than here. Everyone from the kitchen staff to management is great and makes you feel like they really care about you and your concerns. I am glad that I was able to go here because their therapy department made me feel better than I have in a long time.

I have family that work in this facility and have been here a couple of times now. I really enjoy the way the staff works hard for not only me, but all the residents here. Coming here is almost like a vacation sometimes. We have nice rooms, nice staff and a new in-house chef that makes many home cooked meals. The only thing that I would recommend is that they hire more staff. Sometimes I have to wait a little longer than I would like to get assistance but I also know that they are busy with other people besides just myself.

I have been here a couple of times and I have always enjoyed my time. There of a lot of people to talk to and I feel like I made some good friends during my most recent stay. I have had other family members in this facility before and they liked it and are the reason I came too.

Everything here at this facility was great. The therapy and nursing staff worked with me around the clock to get me to where I needed to be to be able to go home. The CNAs were wonderful too. Anytime that I needed something, they were there and I can't thank them enough for the help they gave me. Therapy worked especially hard keeping me motivated during my conditioning and I know that played a huge part in my recovery.

I really enjoyed the time that I spent here. I wish that I could have stayed longer! The staff are really nice and therapy worked hard with me. I enjoyed joking around with a few of them. I enjoy a sense of humor and I feel that that really played a part in my recovery. The kitchen staff was really nice and worked hard to bring me things that I liked. I know that they have a new chef that's working in the building but I still wish they had a better selection of food choices during the day.

I can't remember everyone that helped me while I was here but I wish I could. Everyone was so kind and helpful and tried their best to make me feel right at home. From the moment that I came to the facility I was treated with respect and never made to feel like I was just another number. The staff here were like family to me and I appreciate all the help they gave me so that I could go back to my home safely.

I really enjoyed the time that I spent here. Coming into the facility was a new experience for me but everyone made me feel welcome and at home. The staff is friendly and always on the ball; anytime that I asked for something, it was handled in a timely manner. Therapy helped push me in ways that I didn't know were possible and made it fun. Feeling like my therapy was part of my everyday routine - and not extra work helped keep me focused and I believe, helped get me feeling better quicker.

I had a hard time when I first got here. Being in an unfamiliar place would be difficult for anyone but I am so happy with the progress that I made during my time here. The staff made the task of getting better a lot easier than I thought it would be. They were friendly and helpful and seemed to take a personal interest in both my progress and happiness while I was here.

When I was here, everything was great. I have had family here in the past and everyone has treated me well too. The staff members are wonderful and caring and treat you just like family. People here help you out and are always very prompt. Therapy was wonderful too so that I am confident enough to go home again.

I come here for respite every once in a while and have never had a problem. The people that work here are really nice and sometimes coming here is like a mini vacation for me.

I just live down the road from this facility and always wondered what all the hype was about. Living in a small town I've heard a lot about this place but never visited until I needed therapy of my own. Everything here was great. The staff are very helpful and I would recommend this place to anyone - community based or not.

Everything here was excellent. It is hard to single out one particular thing because I liked everyone and loved the services that the facility provided. Activities were nice because there was always something going on. The new dining room was nice too. The staff told me that they had just started a new in-service dining program and it was really cool. It's almost like eating at a restaurant. Staying here was like a mini-vacation for me.

Everything here was great. I have been here a couple of times and plan on continuing to use the facility when I need it. The rehab team here is top notch. They are great and everyone is really helpful at getting you where you need to be. I am happy with the progress that I have made and thankful for the people that were here to help me achieve my goals.

Words cannot express the gratitude I have for this building and the staff. I am beyond happy with the way that things went while my mother was here. Everyone is always on the ball! From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile and the facility just feels like home. The CNAs personal touches to their care approach was beyond what I thought possible. The food is good and the dining staff has such hospitality.

I really enjoyed my stay here but of course I was also glad to hear that I was able to go home in a timely manner. I really liked getting to mingle with some new folks while I was here and I feel like I really did make some friends. The staff here was friendly and therapy took time with me.

I have enjoyed staying here but I am glad that I get to go home. Thanks to therapy, I am able to do that. I was nervous to come here at first but the staff quickly changed my mindset when they welcomed me with open arms and friendly faces. The therapy team taught me skills that I can take home with me so hopefully, I can continue to progress.

This was my first time being at one of there types of facilities and I have to say that I was pretty impressed. I was excited getting to go home but I truly will miss some of the friends that I have made here. A lot of the staff makes you feel like you're a part of their family and people need that being in these types of situations. Therapy worked hard to get me where I needed to be so that I could go home safely. Everyone here always has a smile on their face and that says a lot about how management treats their staff and it trickles down to how they treat us.

I have been to Bowling Green a couple of different times and knowing what I know about other places, I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff here really makes you feel important and the food has improved tremendously with the help of an in-house chef. People here are really efficient and take the time to go out of their way to help you. I don't know any other place that does that.

My wife and I have both been here a couple of times and each time, it's better. Both the faculty and the administration are great and they all really seem to genuinely care about everyone's well-being.. That's something that you don't get everywhere so I appreciate it. I'm glad that I was able to go home but even more pleased that therapy helped me in a way so as to ensure a safe discharge back into the community.

This is the first time that I've ever worked in a nursing facility and I have to say, I'm impressed. Both the faculty and administration is great and they really care about the residents in a way that I didn't know was possible. I have made some great friends here and I love that my job is now something that I can look forward to everyday.
