Awesome experience with everyone. I had a blowout while hunting and needed a tire changed on my Polaris ranger. Had called 3 different people who said they couldn’t do it or had to drop it off and come back later. I had people still in the woods! I called B and B and asked if they could handle it and told them I was in hurry. I was told their guys go to lunch at 12 but if I could get there before hand they’d take care of me. I was there at 11:30, pulled the ranger off the changed the tire for me with the new one that I already had within 15 minutes. I asked how much I owed and was told “nothinga at all, good luck in the woods”. Everyone was extremely polite and friendly. Talked with most the service guys about hunting. Being from Georgia, you get use to some rude people around the Atlanta area so, this was a nice change. Over all, it was a great experience and would recommend them to anyone simply on the hospitality of the staff.

First of all the receptionist at the front desk is so rude she's almost impossible to communicate with.... this holds true to most of the staff as well. They put the wrong size tire on my car at 511 dollars. After a couple of rotations the people at NTB asked me why I would put smaller tires on my vehicle..... I didn't ask them to. I got a second opinion at the dealership who said that I was looking at buying new tires already citing the tread depth, and the speedometer was wrong as well. To make a long story short Buddy the owner offered to "WORK WITH ME ON BUYING NEW TIRES FROM THEM." I wouldn't give these guys a nickle more after the treatment I have received from this bunch. Steer clear, these guys are overcommitted, obviously lacking in knowledge of their product, and the customer service is abhorable. If you like buying 2 sets of tires in 1 year this is your place
Went to go in for a brake job and found out I had a wheel stud that was stripped out. Had to been Midas.... Well the guys only charged for the stud and not the labor. I still gave a tip anyway;) Love the Lugget!
They've been a veteran owned business for years. They have have the cheapest overall rates in town, they've been fixing my cars since 2012. The time they work is the time they charge- no hidden fees. I've always been back on the road the same day, and they completely stand behind their work. Honest, hardworking, professionals.
I would leave negative five stars if I could.I couldn't start my car and called my auto insurance for a towing service. I asked my car to be towed to B&B Tires because I liked the shop and wanted to give the work order to them. Let's be frank and I didn't have to specify the repair service provider because there are too many. The only reason I chose B&B Tires was because I heard they were good people. They were always my first choice and I have been letting them do the vehicle repair for the past few years until today.They replaced the battery and called me to pick it up. I was glad that they diagnosed the issue and fixed it for me once more. After I picked it up and drove on my home I felt the car behaved a little bit strange. I went back to them and addressed my concerns: it could be something to do with the transmission or engine. Who knows. Instead of doing a further inspection they wanted to make me feel I was blackmailing them. "All we did was changing the battery," a white hair senior said.Well, B&B Tires, I didn't mean you damaged my car during the repair though. You should've handled it more professionally and let the car speak for itself. All I asked for was a further inspection and guess what more corresponding work orders you would earn.They duplicated the issue eventually after a few test drives but that was a bad customer experience. They made me feel I failed on blackmailing them. So let other repair service providers enjoy more work orders. No more B&B Tires starting from me, my family and friends.
I took my Lexus LS 430 in to have 2 tires mounted and balanced. I didn't know my tire size and went out to look. When I came back in one of the guys behind the counter went off about how he told me they don't change low profile tires and that he told my mine were low profile.I told him I wasn't there to argue with him and walked out.He seemed more interested in winning a non-existent argument than providing me service.
Very professional and responded in a very quivkly time.
