Today, my 1 year old daughter, 5 year old son, and myself was stranded in Bowling Green at the medical center. I accidentally locked my keys in my car (mom brain right)? I'm 30 minutes away from home, all of my family was at work and unreachable at the time, to my surprise my debit card was left at home (seriously would lose my head if it wasnt attached) At this point, I've contacted the BGPD (what a joke) every tow service and lock Smith in the area, with the responses of $60+ dollars. It's hot as satan's toe nails outside. (Yes I'm fully aware I could have went inside with the ac, tell my outdoor loving kids that) Not one person cared I was stranded with two small children, 30 minutes from home as hot as it is with no help. The only part they had heard of my story was I only have $20 cash on me. EVERY SINGLE PERSON did not care, did not care my kids was stranded outside in this heat ( not acknowledging that we could have went inside, not the point). EXCEPT for Payne's. By the Grace of God, the man came to my rescue, accepted my half measly payment, and sent us on our way. I was in tears the entire way home. Thank you for generous act of kindness today. You have no idea how much it meant to me!
My wife and I were on the Natcher Parkway headed to Sevierville TN on a Sunday morning when our wipers quit in a driving rain storm. Fortunately we were at an exit and was able to pull off. We weren't sure where we were at but the lady at AAA patiently was able to find us. Carl at Jones towing couldn't have been any nicer. Even though he wasn't required to and it was Sunday we followed him to an Autozone where he knew someone and worked 3 hours to at least get the driver side wipers working. He not only saved our vacation he showed us that there are still good caring people and companies in the world. Thank you Carl, Jones Towing and AAA. We won't forget you.
I want to personally thank Michael. For all the help he has done. For my Daughter Cody and her Boyfriend Leo. They traveled to Tennessee to visit family and friends. On there way back home there car broke down. They contacted Michael Burtons Towing Service. Michael and his Towing Company not only came and picked there car up. We needed a place to store it for the night until part came in. They stored it for the night. Also took it to the shop for us to have repaired the following day. I highly want to recommend Burtons Towing to anyone that needs assistance with having there vehicle towed. There are Bad people in this world. Then there are good people. Then there is Great caring people and that would be BURTON's TOWING IN BOWLINGGREEN KENTUCKY. THANKS Scott
Many thanks to Burton's Towing. Michael was awesome. He took care of us fast and safely! Our car got a flat on an incline; it fell off the jack that came with the vehicle twice. We were stuck. Michael showed up with a 3-ton jack and stand that got us going in no time. Burton's is a class act.
Today, Memorial Day of all days, as we were heading home with our two small children to get to our 8 week old our tire blew. We waited for two hours and not one person stopped. We had given up until a state highway patrol officer called for a tow truck. A man named Dana, was our saving grace! We told him we had $40 to our name and it was for gas to get home and as he lifted our van up he said "we'll work it out". I thought this meant he'd take our $40 after giving us a discount but, I was wrong. He called his boss and said he'd pay for our tow if need be to which his boss said no that he would not charge us and even offered to pay for our new tire. Our tow truck driver drove us to Walmart and the boss bought us a new tire to get home. No other towing company would ever do this!! So thank you Burton's towing for saving us today and being such amazing men!! You are more than appreciated! ❤️
While driving south on I-65 to reunite with family over the Christmas holidays, my 1990 Cadillac broke down. My auto club contacted Payne's A-1 Towing. They were extremely busy but their driver Patrick felt sorry for me. It was almost 5 pm -- too late in the afternoon to find a mechanic willing to look at my car at that moment. So Patrick checked under the hood. He immediately saw that my alternator had frozen up, snapping a belt. Then he not only recommended a good hotel, he towed me there and stopped at an auto parts store along the way to pick up a rebuilt alternator and a new belt so that I could hit the ground running the next day.The following morning Patrick arrived at my hotel a little late. Given everything else he'd done for me, I was not about to complain. Even though I'd started calling around at 8 am, I hadn't been able to find a mechanic who could replace the alternator that day. Patrick called in a favor and found me a guy who did the job for $50, roughly a third of what other mechanics had quoted me. Then he towed me over to the guy's private garage and stuck around until he arrived.I got the impression that Payne's was extremely busy, so it's possible that they might not always be prompt. But they got me back on the road ASAP, and probably saved me several hundred dollars in the bargain. I can't thank Payne's A-1 Towing enough.
They got to my location in less than 20 minutes and dropped me off at my home after bringing the car to the shop. A very professional and courteous company.
I have had nothing but excellent experiences with this company. Patrick goes far above and beyond the call of duty - not simply someone who tows your vehicle from points A to B, rather someone who takes a keen interest in helping solve the problem that rendered your vehicle immobile - going so far as to follow up the next day with a possible solution. I ask you, can you ask for more than that?
The guy was friendly and helpful. He offered many great suggestions in the time of need. Thanx for the help!
To all who view we are under new management and will be there to help any one and everybody who needs the help sorry to those who got a bad experience
