Kentucky Dream Homes

The experience was not at all what was promised. Finish work was subpar at best. Quality poor. Promises made and not kept. They messed up our grade around our house, where we are now in a mud pit. Gutters leak between house and gutter itself. Daryl said a gutter guy was supposed to come out and fix it and never did. Contacted him on many occasions and got the same thing....Nothing! The drywall in our house has been fixed on 3 separate occasions and still continued to crack out 2 1/2 years later. Our shower corners continue to have cracks in the corners, which expand up to 1/4 of an inch. Was told it was the shower people who needed to take care of this, nothing but a blame game and run around. Never resolved. The tile in the kitchen floor has gaps in it and not butted up to one another. A list of all this was given and never completed. Our dishwasher lines was never inspected to check for leaks. It had poured out from the lines , flooding out the floor through the exterior wall and ran down the exterior block. All in all the work was never completed and many lists were furnished to Daryl. They showed up to fix the same cracks again, which have cracked again. They went as far as to bring our final paperwork and the keys for completion and we never heard from them again. Nothing was ever resolved and completed...Plenty of lies and broken promises. Would never ever do business with them or recommend them to anyone EVER!

I finally get ahold of Darryl. He says I told you not to call anyone I would do that. I told him I do not like to go with what a person says I like to find out the answer for myself. He gets really mad and says after you left the message saying you were upset and about us lying to you and feel like not even doing business with us. I have returned your check with your money and you should be getting that in two weeks. We do not want to do any business with you or your husband. Knowing that my husband hasn't done a darn thing and they didn't want to talk to my husband and Shiela never once told me on the phone that they weren't going to do business with us. I would not on my life recommend anyone to go to Kentucky dream homes in bowling green, ky. I would not work with Shiela or her Manager Darryl. They are not honest and you will not get your home for months even after you put down a deposit.
