FYE is always the most horrible experience I have in a store. They aren't friendly there, and they don't care about helping you. I picked up this mug that was in a flimsy plastic boxed, and I dropped it and then it broke. They made me pay for it and then insulted me by saying if I needed any help to ask for it next time. They don't care about customer service at all. I won't be going back. They are overpriced and just don't worth the trouble.
