The techs are not experienced. Smoked my house up by touching wires and damaged my front lid to the washer. Have been at the house 3 times and the washer is still not fixed. They are coming down again for the 4th time next week so I have to take off from work a 4th time too. They sent students and techs who did not know their job. They sent most of their time on the phone asking how to fix the washer. The washer and dryer compact cost me 1400 and the insurance another 329. I was told that Sears is not responsible to any damage they do to the washer. I found screw laying on the floor and the knob on the washer fell off the machine. This has been the worst experience I have ever had from Sears.

If you are familiar with the phrase "The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing" then you know about the experience we had with Sears. Our refrigerator ice dispenser was not functioning, that's what we believed. Four repairmen, three different diagnoses and four months later, our NIGHTMARE ended.
