Steer clear of this company and they have horrible customer service and broken products!



The company does not honor deals that are clearly posted in the entry. However, they charged my credit card for the full monthly amount two months in a row without honoring the deal. I tried to resolve this with the manager who was the least friendly and helpful of all the employees there and was not educated on this deal. Not to mention some of the beds had to be held closed the whole time you tan, the chairs in each tanning room are broken and so uncomfortable you can't sit to even put your shoes on, and the radios in every single room I tanned in were broken.



I find it amusing that the only favorable review written on on here is by the manager herself.

I wish I could give zero stars!! This place sucks so bad! They don't tell you when you sign up at golds gym for the highest membership that this place only allows one bed for everyone! Plus, the radio has been broken "temporarily" since I've been a member. The girls that work there are snobby brats who NEVER arrive on time and then use excuses like "the door was frozen closed." Do not sign up for the VIP membership at golds!! It's a nightmare!!

Worst place to tan ever. The girls have no idea what they are doing at the front counter. Their customer service is terrible. The management can't seem to train correctly. Lots of mistakes, no apologies just attitude from teenagers.

This place is a damn nightmare. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Members of the gym next door get a discount on the lower scale bed, but even if you are a gym member, if you can walk into this place to use that bed and avoid being told "oh....somebody just went in....it'll be 20 minutes..." then head to Vegas! Your luck is outstanding!!! Also, the manager of this facility needs to develop a familiarity with the word "maintenance." Your bed may have a lid that opens every time you move...if you get into the booth (standing on your feet) it may keep shutting off. Here are the only positive aspects of this place: 1. the staff is very nice. 2. decent product selection. For those things, I will give one star.

DO NOT TAN HERE!! The bulbs are never replaced, and the little girls at the front counter will let their friends in front of you even if you've been waiting for a bed.

I have been trying to reach you all day. Apparently you have enough business you don't need mine.
