This person had been a 'difficult' customer for years.I told my employee to handle the next transaction with him as he saw fit.Please chek our 'real' ratings on the other review sites. We try to be gentlemen serving gentlemen and when a customer is unreasonable we refuse our service.

Over the years, I have spent at least $2,000 here. Today, 2/26/13, I had the WORST service related experience I've ever had. The owner was completely rude and I walked out the door, not buying his product. He sounded like he was on a personal phone call when I walked through the door. I stood there for five minutes waiting for service. I was the only one in the store... I asked if he could ring me up, and he said, "I'm busy." Then he made a hand guesture to "shoo" me away. I left, after I told him, "That is NOT how you do business." Later, I called him and asked why he did that. He said, "I was busy and I don't have time for you." Then he hung up the phone on me. Terrible! Never go there.
