Mr Strouss prosecuted and successfully resolved some of the country’s first cases involving birth defects caused by glycol ethers and other solvent exposures in the semiconductor industry. He currently represents over 150 plaintiffs with birth defects in the United States and South America due to parental occupational and environment exposures. Mr. Strouss has also litigated cases involving cancer arising from exposure to benzene, solvents and other hazardous chemicals, environmental property damage cases and pharmaceutical drug and medical device cases including Fen-Phen and Vioxx.

Allison is a paralegal at Thornton Law Firm. She joined the firm in 1987 as an administrative assistant to asbestos paralegals. From 1988 to 1997, she worked as an asbestos paralegal doing new client intake, product investigation, defendant company research, and trial preparation. From 1998 to 2006, she was a paralegal and worked on personal injury cases, including construction & jobsite accidents, product liability, and motor vehicle accidents. Since 2007, Allison works as an asbestos paralegal assisting clients with coordinating estate administration, and assists the paralegal manager with coordinating asbestos cases. She is also paralegal to attorney Marnie McGoldrick, working on pharmaceutical drug and medical device litigation. She is a graduate of Boston University (BA Psychology, 1986) and Northeastern University (Certificate, Paralegal Professional Program, 1987)
