Don't listen to that little voice inside your head that tells you "this reviewer had a bad luck and it is going to be different with your order". My friend had warned me about them, but i didn't listen to her. I ordered a mattress and a mattress box over 2 months ago from one of the csn stores, bedrooms.com. First my order gets delayed, then the delivery guys don't show up on the scheduled date. Then after taking another day off from work and rescheduling a delivery date, they show up with the WRONG mattress box size. I paid a LOT of money for this order and can't even get refunded for it because they charge you a fee for returning and restocking which is not worth doing. I threatened to sue them but still no response. I am still working on getting them to send me my mattress box. Their excuse is that they lost my order somewhere and they are still trying to find it. I am sure my order is sitting in some foreign country because it is taking them over a month to track it. The customers service is horrible. They tell you that someone will call you asap with some answers but NO ONE DOES. what's funny is that the first thing you notice on their website is a very happy person and their "shop easy" slogan. Be smart, take your business somewhere else.
