Paramount Utility Corporation

We are a small business who worked with Paramount for about a year or less. We provided over 120k worth of traffic control services for the company in which they promised a prompt payment, which still has not been paid. We have reached out multiple times a day to the Oregon location and the Colorado office with no response. We have contacted the company they worked with (Comcast) and were told they have already paid out Paramount for the work we did. They are putting small companies out out of business.
