        The owner, Tim, came himself to repair our gas boiler. He arrived when he said he would and diagnosed the problem quickly. Just as importantly, he had a new replacement part in his service truck. I thought he was personable, polite, and professional, and the total cost for the repair was in line with what we expected to pay, especially for a late day service call.
