County Trash Service

Overall, they are reliable. During rains the driver pulls onto the road shoulder, leaving ruts. Would be nice if they stayed in the middle of the rock road during wet conditions since there is very little traffic.
They missed my trash this week...I put 3 bags out 30 minutes before the usual arrival time, with some concern until I saw my bag still there from earlier this week. Returned home after 5 and all four sacks were still there. Called yesterday and mentioned three times the bag from earlier in the week still being there as evidence that the truck had yet to pick up, but the secretary kept repeating the standard script that they would be back next week as if it was my fault. Secretary said driver "claimed" to have picked up....(as was the case once before). Twice now left in a situation of my word against theirs....with NO concern or effort to honor the customer's word. Asked for owner's name but she wouldn't give it out. Asked for a returned call from him or with assurances that they would double back but no effort to make things right. Called this morning and no one is answering the phone. This company has no regard for the fact that the customer "could" be telling the truth and that apologies are appropriate if mistakes are not going to be corrected. Attitude is classic millennial "could care less".

I know these people work hard and have never let us down. We really appreciate all you do! Rain or shine, hot or cold the trash is always taken on time. Thank you very much!
