In my life, I have made to great decisions that I would never go back on: adopting my Maltese, Ginger, and going with Pets Best Insurance. Originally, I had purchased insurance through the company that my job offered, but it was limited at best. I learned that the owner of Pets Best had originally worked for this company, but had found it to be lacking as well and started his own business. Pets Best has worked closely with me each of the times I have had to file a claim and the turnaround time has been lighting fast. I�m very pleased with this company and I think you will be too!

Luckily for our cat, Dixie, we have not had to file any claims for the past year and a half or so. In the past, when I've had to file claims, however, Pets Best has been a dream to work with. They let you know more than a month in advance that your policy is near expiration and let you know your renewal rate, so you have time to decide, which in my experience has always been reasonable. When my cat, Ollie, was diagnosed with diabetes, I called Pets Best immediately because I was worried I had not renewed my policy and that he wouldn't be covered. It turns out that I did renew and that he was covered under the policy. Jayne was more than helpful and I could tell that she cared as I was talking with her. Just a wonderful company!
