Four C's Management

I have lived at Victorian gardens for almost 2 years. 4 c's management owns this complex. Anytime I need to call for anything the rude receptionist/switch board operator throws me on hold before I can get a word out of my mouth. She's rude and nasty and rushes you off the phone. I don't know what kind of office is run there but they take messages and you never hear back from anyone. Right now I have called 3 times for a copy of my lease to sign my daughter up for kindergarten. They take messages for an "agent" ? Just send me a copy of my lease please it's been 3 weeks. Also, if you have any maintenance issue prepare for it to go on forever and to get anything done you have to threaten that your lawyer will call. The apartments are nice but for what we pay it would be nice to be treated better. I never wanna call because the lady is so nasty and rude. Way to treat your tenants! I can't wait to move out of here!
