He came out to service my home A/C unit, he was very up front with estimates and possible problems that might be wrong with the unit, he gave me prices and solutions as how to repair and let me decide on the repairs, prices were fair and reasonable, I also observed him on the phone with a potential customer, I saw that he was very helpful and explained what he would do on the service call also advised customer not to jump into any unneeded work, I believe him to be a honest and caring businessman with integrity you don't see often.
