I own a condo unit in Miami. I haven’t marketed it but I’ve been taking Airbnb bookings for short-term stays. The bad news is that I rarely get more than two bookings a month. The GOOD news, though, is that once I hired this company, I’ve been able to earn a lot more by turning it into a legit rental property. They use a property management app that gives you an overview of what they’re up to. For instance, if they’re repairing the rental, you can see the REAL-TIME reports on the app. That’s a must-have for long-distance real estate investors. They also had no complaints when I told them to email me monthly updates. For a company that goes above and beyond what the client wants, they truly deserve 5/5 stars.

My tenants and I save so much time and money just to get the stores done with Luxury Property Care’s fast thinking, and not only that, but the final look of the stores always brings in the customers! I would highly recommend their services. Even if it’s a bit pricey for my standards, it is definitely a huge investment to hire them and their team.
