Jude Catholic Pre-School St

I have been at this school for over 8 years and I can truly say the experience our family has had here has been great. I could not have picked a better school for them. It is like an extended family and I know exactly who I need to go to if I have any problems.

I just love all the private, windowless rooms.

I am so glad someone actually had the courage to post a true review. I also have always wondered why in the world the Director of the Preschool still works there. It is truly a shame to their school that she does. I was SOOOO happy that my little girl finally moved on to the older school and that I no longer have to deal with that woman. She is so mean and has such a terrible spirit. I tried my hardest to be nice and at first I thought maybe she was just going through a tough time in her life and as a result was taking it out on those around her. But when her mean spirit continued, despite numerous tries to show her a friendly spirit from myself, I figured out that she is just a bitter and arogant individual. To all parents that are thinking of taking your child there... I would hold off until they are out of the "preschool" age so you don't have to deal with this woman. She has a strangle hold on the rest of the staff there too and as a result they work in fear of their very jobs. It's not a pleasant environment!!

Apparently there is another parent that feels the exact same way I do. Clearly if two parents who have both had their children at St. Jude Preschool see a problem then there is one. I would be willing to be that this "wonderful director" review was probably written by the nasty director herself, since NO ONE who knows this woman would possibly have anything good to say about her. She is nasty to parents and staff. She even walks around with a disgusted look on her face. Yeah, that's really like Jesus. She really lets her light shine... NOT!!! For a place that's supposed to teach others using the example of Christ, St. Jude's Preschool director not only falls short, she isn't even on the map! Shame on you St. Jude! She should be terminated. And I'm glad to know now that at least two other parents out there who cared enough to write a review agree!!

I have been going to St. Judes for many years now. I have always loved the people that I fellowship with there and it really has been a great place for me to grow my relationship with the Lord. I thought when putting my children into the school that doing so would simply continue that experience. Unfortunately, dealing with the Director of the School has led me to question what the Church is really all about. The Director has been arguementative and downright rude. She not only does NOT convey the spirit of Christ, she makes me question my very existence in St. Judes. How in the world can a school that is supposed to be teaching love and forgiveness have such a wrong person running their school?!? If I was an outsider to the Church and came to the school I would not even want to have anything to do with the Lord if she was my example. It's a real shame that the devil has taken such a foothold in the school, but I guess even the Lord said the weeds will grow amongst the wheat. She should be called to repent by the Church as there have been numerous complaints against her, but they seem to look the other way. Shouldn't those who teach in the Church be called to a higher standard. It's already clear she struggles with gluttony and has not made any effort to repent. Why then would the Church believe that she intends to repent from her wicked heart and spirit?!? I for one am glad that my children are no longer exposed to that sort of character!! It seems to sometimes even bleed down to the teachers as well. They probably get berated by her and thus are short with the children. It's a real shame St. Jude. I hope you will walk in the light and do what is right!

The person who wrote this earlier review can't be possibly speaking about the same person I know! Where do you think the great school, curriculum, and teachers come from? Sounds like there is two sides to whatever story this sour-grapes person is saying here esp. if complaints to higher ups didn't result in whatever was wanted, either.



I had three children go through this school and had a wonderful experience there. All three of my children had a very easy transition to school and have been solidly achieving since. They return during holidays and days off in the elementary school to help out there and look forward to seeing the director more than anything! My only regret is that I don't have MORE children to send to that preschool!



Since I have had experiences at the preschool that span six years, I must share that I haven't heard anything but praise for this director AND the preschool! Both are a beloved part of the parish.



I would urge whomever is looking for a preschool to go to St. Jude Preschool and see for yourself. You'll love it AND the director, who by the way, built this school herself!

The school itself was great if you were to judge the curriculum and teachers that choose to stay there and not leave due to the horrific director. The director was the most unprofessional person I have ever come into contact with. I was shocked at the way she was allowed to behave, even after bringing it to the heirarchy's attention. The teachers were wonderful but the turnover is abundant and no doubt due to this woman's nasty behavior. No one could possibly be in such a nasty moody environment with the current director in place. That woman can leave scars on parents and students. I did not send my child to the upper school because of my experience at the Pre School.
